Please provide accurate information relevant to treatment suitability, including allergies, pregnancy, medical conditions and medication. Contact us before booking if you are unsure whether a treatment is appropriate.
A practitioner may recommend modifying or postponing a treatment where necessary for safety. Any resulting payment or refund arrangements will be explained to you.

Products and delivery

Gift vouchers, packages and memberships
Any expiry date, eligible services, booking restrictions and other important conditions will be disclosed before purchase and included with the voucher or purchase confirmation.
Gift vouchers newly issued from 4 October 2026 are valid for 12 months from their issue date, with expiry disclosed before purchase and shown on the voucher or confirmation. Existing vouchers retain their original terms.
Unused treatment-package sessions are refundable at the amount actually paid per session; package discounts will not be retrospectively removed. Memberships are fixed-term and do not automatically renew. See our Returns, Refunds & Booking Policy for details.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding and images belong to Ayurworld or their respective owners. You may view them for personal use. Other use requires permission unless permitted by law.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or infringement of your statutory consumer rights.
